Order Cancellation Process:
- To cancel an order, customers must send an email to support@levitaluma.com within 48 hours of placing their order.
Refund Details:
- If a cancellation request is received within 48 hours of placing the order, customers are eligible for a full refund, and the entire purchase price will be refunded.
Cancellation Between 48 and 72 Hours:
- Cancellation requests made between 48 hours and 72 hours after placing the order will be subject to a cancellation fee. In this case, customers will receive a refund amounting to 80 percent of the purchase price.
Cancellation After 72 Hours:
- Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for orders canceled after 72 hours from the time of purchase. Orders canceled beyond this period are not eligible for refunds.
